Shipping Policy

Collection pieces are shipped based on design timeline and material availability. Beauty Products are made upon order and require an initial processing time of 3-5 days before shipping.  All other orders are shipped within 3 to 18 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received. When your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for your package tracking. We hope that you love your Afroluxtrap item; however, if you find it unsuitable or you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

We would love to hear your feedback, and would greatly appreciate if you could drop us a note explaining the reason for your return at Afroluxtrap@gmail.com.
Goods once sold cannot be refunded; however they can be exchanged for another item of the same price or number of items totaling the same value. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery and we cannot refund items damaged in transit. Custom or collection pieces cannot be refunded due to the nature of these types of orders.
